There are two separate checks before a sender number can send messages:
  1. Sender number ownership is confirmed with OTP.
  2. The sender number owner completes Sinjapp account verification.
Accepting the OTP proves that the tenant owns the sender number. Sending customer messages still requires the sender number owner account to be verified in Sinjapp.

If The Account Is Not Verified

The sender number may appear as: 
pending_account_verification
The tenant does not need a new OTP. The sender number owner must complete Sinjapp account verification, then the number becomes ready for messaging.
